Position Overview Receptionist
Our reception team is an entry-level position within our agency that works directly with our office manager to respond to routine service requests, ensure we meet appearance standards, and improve customer retention. Advancement and Growth The reception position is the first steppingstone in your insurance career. Once fully licensed and comfortable with insurance products, we have two career paths in customer service or sales that offer higher pay in addition to a path for agency ownership. We want to align you with a career oath that you will thrive in based on your skills and interests. You can advance in as little as 3 months with 6 months typical. What's Important to our Team Work Hard Play HardWork Life balance is a key component to our office culture. We want the office to feel like a second home, but also understand you need time to be home. We all work a 30-hour schedule and the remaining hours are completed on a flexible basis (at home once you are remote capable or in office based on your availability); four 8-hour or five 6-hour (9-3 works great with kids) shifts are available for this position. Extra paid time off You can earn an additional 8 hours of paid time EVERY WEEK by meeting all of your expectations (checklist provided for clarity)We want to reward working hard with bigger paychecks! We have several ways you can earn extra money through work activity. This is NOT commission/sales based (there is a separate commission structure for the sales team). This is ACTIVITY based so the bonus amount is 100% in your control; if you have an income goal, we will make a plan to help you hit it. We encourage travel and have an employer paid vacation promotion every year. Responsibilities

  • Be committed to providing a remarkable customer experience (offering a beverage, making cookies, being friendly, bring thorough, provide empathy)
