"I was told I could cancel a claim but it's still on my driving record that there was a claim. This isn't making any sense. So now I'm driving around with a damaged vehicle with a hit on my driving record and no recourse. So now I'll have to pay for more for auto insurance through no fault of my own. Great job State Fam. Bottom line don't trust them to guide you."

The claims team advised that the claim could be withdrawn, but when a check is cashed, that is no longer an option. You did promptly return the money to the corporate offices, and that was applied to your bill amount. "You are the worst kind of neighbors! You are a top tier fraud. You took our money for years and because we had several claims to include two deer accidents and two not our fault.. You've now termined our coverage. Shame! I understand maybe increased premiums but canceled policy and we've been faithful. I paid to make claims! Worse than dogs who chase emergency vehicles. Your agency called me and I bundled all my liabilities thinking you had my back. A good liar is what state farm is, not a good neighbor!"

"Hi Shederick, As always we appreciate your feedback because it helps us grow and do better. I tried unsuccessfully to find your account in our system, but I'm not sure if you have a different agent (we are small businesses and independently owned) or a different name on google from your account. I understand that an insurance contract not renewing can be very frustrating, especially if the reason is claims frequency for claims that weren't your fault. State Farm operates as a mutual company (customer owned) so they have a fiduciary responsibility to underwrite policy renewals to keep costs manageable for everyone. Most people have 1 claim every 5-8 years so they do consider claims frequency when renewing policies. Not at fault accidents and comprehensive claims (deer) do not apply as surcharges/rate increases on our policy. I understand you paid to have this coverage, but the company's promise to cover is only applicable during the policy contract (6-12 months). If there was a coverage issue with one of the claims that's causing the accusations of fraud/lies, please reach out to us or your claims representative so this can be resolved as soon as possible. The promise to pay is one that's very important to us. We do appreciate you placing your trust in us to make recommendations for your coverage. At our office, the service to review policy coverages doesn't end when the corporate office makes an underwriting decision; we don't have the authority to overturn their decision, but we do still offer to help you review quotes you are receiving. We try and build relationships with our customers and do genuinely care that you have the right coverage in place, even if it can't be with us. If I can be of further assistance, please reach out. "I'm really pleased with the customer service I received from the Insurance representative that assisted me with signing up for coverage with Jessica Majors State Farm Insurance. All of my questions were answered in plain conversation. rather than me being confused or uncertain by all of the Insurance agent terminology. The representative (Noah) was very knowledgeable and professional when I asked him questions that I wasn't certain about. I was given different coverage options and given time to consult with my wife before making our decision. all options were broken down to me as I was constantly reminded by Noah to weigh all coverage options and choose the coverage that best fit for my wife and I. I was stunned by the patients that Noah had as I was very in disbelief at the competitiveness of the premium prices with our selective coverage that was being offered to us by State Farm versus all of the other Insurance carriers, that I was very in dept with my questioning, and Noah was so openly calm as he explained how Drive Safe and save actually works s it gives State Farm the ability to offer their customer the best rates. I will gladly recommend Noah and Jessica Majors State Farm to any and every one that I know are seeking Insurance coverage. Over all the customer service I received was above and beyond my expectations ."
